Clarice

Head and French Language

“I love it to see students grow more confidence as they learn at Blossom Brains. They really enjoy the Cambrilearn Curriculum.”

More about teacher Clarice

“As a mom of two, I have learned to keep things as creative as possible for them. With that, I aim to keep things creative at Blossom Brains. I have a lot of perseverance in my personal life and like to motivate my students to not give up, even when things get tough.

After earning my degree in B.Ed Senior and FET phase I had the opportunity to work with children less fortunate. This truly deepened my love for children and teaching.

I love it to see students grow more confidence as they get older and see them enjoy the Cambrilearn Curriculum. Cambrilearn allows us to help each learner according to their own unique ability. It gives each child the opportunity to bloom in their own way.”

Nadia

Head and Spanish Language

“If a student sets their mind on good results, they can achieve it by giving their best and not giving up!”

More about teacher Nadia

“Seeing learners improve on their results gives me great satisfaction. And also observing how much they enjoy using the Cambrilearn Platform.

Like most mothers, my own two children are my greatest achievement. I have made it my mission in life to make sure they are well-rounded individuals and that they know how important it is to always do their best. How I work with them is how I approach the students in my class.

My hobby is running/exercising. And that takes lots of determination and self perseverance. I try to teach this to my learners. If they set their minds on good results, they can achieve it by giving their best and not giving up!”

Emma

Teacher F1-2

“Students need to generate new pathways in their brains, they need to link new knowledge to themselves and their environments in order to remember things.”

More about teacher Emma

“As a teacher with over 15 years’ experience on all different curriculums, I am very passionate about effective teaching and learning techniques. I love guiding my students through the Cambridge Curriculum and watching them grasp concepts. The Curriculum is thorough and teaches a core knowledge of all subjects, especially Mathematics. It’s very rewarding to see children understand numbers. It enables them think outside of the box and apply their knowledge to new situations and not just learn to answer basic questions.

Over my years of teaching I acquired the most skills while teaching in Dubai for 5 years. During this time I attended many courses on how to teach the American Curriculum, but also learned how to engage my students and their retention of knowledge. Learning is essentially active, not passive, and most students only learn by completing tasks themselves and learn best by teaching their skills to their peers. In this way, group work is very effective as a means of actively learning. Students also need to generate new pathways in their brains, they need to link new knowledge to themselves and their environments in order to remember things.

I am an avid horse rider, hiker, animal lover and generally love being outdoors. I find it very worthwhile to be able to extend my students’ knowledge with real life examples from nature that correlate to what they are learning.”

Marion

Teacher Grades IG – AS

“Fostering a love for learning isn’t just about imparting knowledge; it’s about cultivating curiosity, building confidence, and demonstrating the profound power of continuous growth and adaptation in an ever-changing world.

More about teacher Marion

“After more than two decades immersed in the corporate sector, I now have the unique privilege to merge that extensive workplace experience with fresh learning opportunities. This synergy isn’t just theoretical; it means I can ground new knowledge in real-world scenarios, bringing practical depth to academic concepts and ensuring that learning directly translates into applicable skills.

Working with senior Cambridge students offers the chance to engage with a) motivated learners on a deep academic level; b) prepare them for significant future opportunities, and contribute to their development as well-rounded individuals.

The comprehensive support from Cambridge, including its learning portals, further enhances this rewarding experience.”

Marlize

Assistant Teacher

My love for teaching started when I realised that to change the world, I must help the younger generations prepare for the future.

More about teacher Marlize

“Knowing our students are getting the best education that suits their needs with the British curriculum on the CambriLearn platform gives me great peace of mind for the leaders of tomorrow.

As a person who enjoys popular culture, I find that I can relate to my students as well as converse with them about current trends and media. Being able to incorporate their interests into lessons help make the content more relatable and fun for all of us.

In my personal career, the most enriching experience I have ever had was working at Magalies Special School, with volunteering at Jakaranda Childrens Home coming in a close second.

My time there taught me patience and to listen. I also learned the importance of perseverance and asking for help. It also showed me what a strong team is capable of.”

Melani

Teacher Grades 1 – 3 & Learning Support Therapist

“Whether it’s using imagination, humor or hands-on activities. I believe learning should feel exciting and sometimes even a little magical.”

More about teacher Melani

“There’s something truly special about seeing a student’s confidence grow as they begin to understand something that once felt impossible- The light bulb moment. Helping learners, especially those who face learning challenges, overcome obstacles and discover their own potential is what inspires me daily. With CambriLearn, I love being part of a flexible and supportive environment that allows students to flourish in their own unique way.

One of my proudest achievements is a distinction for my Honours degree in Learning Support and being inducted into the Golden Key International Honour Society for academic excellence. This academic journey deepened my understanding of how to support learners with diverse needs and it continually shapes the way I support each child with compassion, patience and a whole lot of positivity!

As a mom of three, I’ve mastered the art of turning everyday moments into learning adventures! I love storytelling and creative thinking to make lessons come alive. I believe learning should feel exciting and sometimes even a little magical.”

I also have experience in remedial education, working with learners who experience learning difficulties.

Natasha

Teacher Grade 4

“We aren’t just teaching subjects; we are teaching our future society.”

More about teacher Natasha

I believe that every child has a unique story and as teachers, we have the incredible honor of helping them write it. My goal is to be the difference in a child’s life, fostering their minds and helping them navigate challenges with patience and grace.

My son, who has ADHD, was the catalyst for my career. He inspired me to complete my B.Ed in Foundation Phase teaching, because I saw firsthand the vital need for educators who lead with deep empathy. I approach my classroom with a Christian heart, viewing each student as a precious gift with a God-given purpose, and I am committed to nurturing them as they grow into the individuals they were created to be.

We aren’t just teaching subjects; we are teaching our future society. I truly believe the future is in our hands, and there is no greater calling than preparing the next generation to lead with confidence. I am dedicated to providing a firm, loving foundation that allows every child to reach their full potential and fulfill their calling.

Tania

Teacher F1-AS

“My goal is not only to teach a subject, but to help learners understand themselves — how they learn, why they learn the way they do, and how they can use that knowledge to succeed.”

More about teacher Tania

I am a proud mom of two amazing kiddos who fill my life with love and so much joy. My husband and I love adventures and embracing unplanned experiences. I have a deep love for art and anything bright, beautiful and happy — and I bring that same energy into my classroom.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree and continually invest in my professional growth. Through courses such as Brain Profiling, Brain Gym, and related brain development training, I have developed a deeper understanding of how learners absorb and retain information in different ways. This knowledge allows me to adapt my teaching approach to support various learning styles and individual needs — and this is truly where my heart overflows.

As a High School Afrikaans Second Language teacher at Blossom Brains, I am passionate about making language learning enjoyable, practical and empowering.

My goal is not only to teach a subject, but to help learners understand themselves — how they learn, why they learn the way they do, and how they can use that knowledge to succeed. I believe that when learners understand their own potential, they grow in confidence and flourish both academically and personally.

Testimonials

“Blossom Brain Centre has been a game-changer for our family. The online platform is super user-friendly, and the teachers at the centre are absolute rockstars – they are engaging, supportive, and truly invested in their learners success. But what really matters is that our boys are absolutely thriving and loving every minute of it
.”

N. Moloto

“…Absolutely fantastic work, many thanks for the personal small home school, offering support, encouragement and a safe space for learning. When both my kids transitioned from Private school to Blossom Brains, I noticed almost immediately the level of confidence in both my kids had shifted, they became more independent, and both thrived on the different approach of schooling. The teachers always go over and above to ensure the children are on board with their learning, know what to do next and if they need assistance, it is a one-on-one base. The teachers are on the ball always one step ahead and when I as the parent need help, they are always more than willing to explain things to me and help me understand. The decision I made to move them, has only been one of the best for my children. Thank you, Blossom Brains, for your love, time and excellence.fect collaboration so far, very much appreciated!…”
